Where is our data stored?
Your database and files are on Amazon Web Services in Sydney (ap-southeast-2), encrypted in transit and at rest.
Is our content used to train AI models?
No. Your documents, prompts and outputs never train any AI model or improve another company’s service. Our agreements with each AI provider exclude your data from training.
Who owns what we upload and what Grizzly writes?
You own both. You keep all rights in what you upload and in every response Grizzly writes from it. Grizzly owns only the platform.
Does Grizzly use the internet?
Only when your people ask it to. Grizzly drafts from your own documents, and searches the web only when someone turns search on for a message.
What happens to our data if we leave?
Grizzly keeps your data while you use it and deletes it within 30 days of a pilot or licence ending. Ask us to delete it at any time, and we’ll respond within 24 hours.
Can you complete our security questionnaire?
Yes. We complete security questionnaires regularly. Send yours to hello@grizzly.ai and we’ll turn it around quickly, or we’ll set up a call with your IT team.
Who can see our content?
Only the people you invite to your workspace. Your workspace owners decide who has access and their role, and Grizzly searches only your organisation’s content.
